"Realists" can go find something else to be pessimistic about

I don't think you'll hear many people out there say that organic food is terrible for you, the environment, and everything else in the universe. But a lot of the time, 'realists' as they like to call themselves (generally pessimists or nay-sayers) say "But what about feeding everyone on the earth?" Although many (Big Business) sources say that this feat is impossible with organic agriculture--that industrial farms are the only 'realistic' way to feed hungry people, recent evidence suggests otherwise. There's a lot of information in this article (including more information like we heard in Food Inc. about government agriculture jobs being packed with big business reps) but the basic jist is: organic is sustainable, beneficial, healthier, and DEFINITELY DOABLE on a global scale. Read and be excited.
